How to test the apps? How to register? Does every member need to be registered with mobile number?

App doesn't work. You can't create an account
Could be better if it facilitates e-mail to those members the sender want to. Opening can be faster.
Unable to register. You get asked to allow permissions and then you can register or log in in any way, shape or form. I'm now concerned what details the developers have their hands on.
